1. What are cookies and similar technologies?
Cookies are small files that may be stored on a user’s device when visiting a website. Similar technologies also exist, including local browser storage.
ONVICTA uses these technologies in a limited manner according to their purpose and the preferences selected by the user.
2. Necessary technologies
Certain technologies are required to ensure the website functions securely and correctly, including session management, form protection, abuse prevention and storage of privacy preferences.
These functions do not depend on permission for Analytics or Marketing.
3. Consent preferences
Your choice in the privacy manager is stored in your browser’s local storage so that your preferences can be remembered on subsequent pages.
If we materially change the categories or purposes of processing, we may update the consent version and request a new choice.
4. Analytics
When the user allows the Analytics category, tools may be activated to measure website usage, navigation and performance.
This information helps us understand how the website is used and improve the visitor experience, content and technical performance.
5. Marketing
When the user allows the Marketing category, technologies may be activated to measure campaigns, conversions and advertising effectiveness.
Depending on the platforms configured on the website, these technologies may be provided by services such as Google or Meta.
6. Google Tag Manager and Consent Mode
The website is prepared to use Google Tag Manager as a technical tag management system.
Under ONVICTA’s current configuration, Google Tag Manager is not loaded until a choice has been made that allows at least Analytics or Marketing.
Consent states are communicated using Google Consent Mode to distinguish between authorised and unauthorised technologies.
7. Changing or withdrawing consent
You can change your preferences at any time using the Manage cookies option available in the website footer.
Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before consent was withdrawn.
8. Contact
For questions about cookies or personal data processing, contact ONVICTA at journeys@onvicta.com.
