After breakfast depart from Ponta Delgada. The journey to “Furnas” goes along the south coast of the island. The first stop is at the ceramic factory, “Cerâmica Viera” open since 1862. Next you will visit “Vila franca do campo”. Proceed the tour to “Furnas” where the lake welcomes you at the entrance of the village. Before lunch, you will visit “Terra nostra” botanical garden, a pool where you can enjoy 1 hour to bath in warm thermal waters or just walk in the garden. Is along one of the edges that you will appreciate the removal of the famous stew, “Cozido das furnas”, from the boilers. Time for lunch, “Furnas” Portuguese stew. Visit the tea plantation and “Gorreana” tea factory, unique in Europe, open since 1883.

After breakfast start your Terceira full-day tour, first visit Monte Brasil, where, from the top of Pico das Cozinhas you can see the view to Angra do Heroísmo. See the majestic Ilhéu das Cabras, then São Sebastião village, to visit and take pictures of one of the oldest churches of the island. Continue the tour and reach 545m high to visit Serra do Cume and see one of the biggest craters of a volcano made in Terceira. Lunch is in a local restaurant. After lunch, is time to visit Algar do Carvão, to admire the beauty of an empty volcano. Later, a visit Furnas do Enxofre (fumaroles), you will see the steam coming from the ground. A visit to Biscoitos village to see the swimming pools made by lava from a volcano that erupted years ago. Drive along the western coast to stop at Raminho to see 3 other islands of the archipelago passing by Lagoa das Patas and then a cheese tasting.

After breakfast and check-out, depending on the time of your departure flight, take a free morning to buy some souvenirs and, at the time to be determined considering the flight, your private driver will transfer you to Terceira airport.
